I’m Josh Berzok. I’ve spent the last fifteen years leading product strategy, development, and execution. With nearly a decade of experience leading fast-paced product teams, I’ve established a track record of delivering innovative, and impactful, products in four extremely different industries.
Based on that experience, I’ve launch Catalyst Product Group with two goals:
Help organizations change the way they do product work. Leveraging my experience to accelerate projects by bringing customers, data, and first principles thinking into the center of the product development process.
Support Product Managers as they take their career to the next level. Leveraging my experience as a hiring manager with industry leaders and startup environments to help PMs fill their career toolbox and build the skills needed to find their next role.
